Description

Single frame from a timelapse I shot of Space X’s Falcon 9 rocket that launched some Iridium satellites from Vandenberg Air Force Base into space. After accidentally shooting the Atlas V rocket traversing my Milky Way timelapse several months prior, I scouted locations and planned this lineup perfectly hoping the beautiful bastard would light up. It did. People understandably freaked out. Now there are many other rocket chasers in LA.

Canon 24-105mm f/4L on a Canon 6D.
